Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your 3D printer or accessories, you may return them within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging and accessories.
For defective products or items damaged during shipping, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you. Simply contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue for quick resolution.
